The black-and-white photographs featuring CARMEN, LYDIA and DAIANA presented in this book were taken in 2022 and 2023 during three separate "home shoots" in the homes of the three women. Only natural window light was used. No retouching was done afterwards to remove blemishes or irregularities.
The "Next Steps" project aims to create less staged, but more authentic and intimate visual moments. The typical pin-up and Playboy poses that are so familiar were deliberately excluded. Instead, the photographs are intended to appear as if they were spontaneous, private, almost everyday situations. Ideally, it should not be apparent that these scenes are actually staged. The focus is on the women – their charisma, their personality, their essence – embedded in an erotic visual language.
